Furthermore, it is necessary for employee s to ensure that the keep social media usage, which is essentially part of their social lives, out of the workplace because to use it in such an environment is disruptive to their work. Therefore, if an employee has not accomplished his goals, to use social media would be equivalent to stealing the time of their employers.While an employee might have worked for a egress of hours, this does not mean that he has to take his employers time by using social media. The number of hours that an employee has worked does not matter as long as he keeps away from social media and makes sure that he delivers on his goals.
